Rasmus Bøgh Holmen is a partner in Vista Analyse. He is an economist with a PhD from BI Norwegian Business School and a master's degree from the University of Oslo. Rasmus has extensive experience as a researcher and researcher with participation in more than150 research and consultancy projects, of which he has been project manager for about a third. He is chairman of Polytechnical Association Economics and has previously worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of Transport Economics and as a senior economist at Menon Economics.

Rasmus has in-depth knowledge of regional economics and the business sector. Furthermore, he has carried out several studies of various aspects of ICT and external benefits of infrastructure. Rasmus' methodological expertise extends from advanced econometric analyses, complex valuation studies and model development to industry studies, economic action analysis and development of economic statistics. Besides, he holds expertise within productivity and efficiency analysis and measurement of fixed capital.
