The power sector in Norway has undergone major changes in recent years, with fluctuating prices, alternating political regulations, and large investments in power lines and renewable energy. Vista Analyse follows the developments closely through regular analyses and projects of relevance for the power industry. We have an agreement with Statnett on quality assurance through economic analysis of their large investment projects, which includes analysing network developments in Oslo, cable investments to Germany and England, etc. We also assist in methodological reviews. We work for the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE), Energy Norway, regional grid operators and power companies by offering financial, strategic and economic analyses.
