New project: Investigating impacts of residency requirement at Nøtterøy

On behalf of Færder municipality, Vista Analyse will investigate whether and to what extent the introduction of a residency requirement on Nøtterøy will contribute to housing and the economy of the municipality.

We will investigate the following questions:

1. Can a residency requirement increase residency and strengten the economy of the municipality?
2. Which areas are most relevant to evaluate for such a policy?
3. To what extent should a residency requirement be introduced (rules for exemptions, etc.)?

The work shall form the basis for a political consideration of potentially introducing a residency requirement at Nøtterøy in Færder kommune.
