Vista Analyse are projecting debt and investment levels in Norwegian municipalities

Vista Analyse have been commissioned to project debt and investment levels in Norwegian municipalities up to 2035. The client is Kommunalbanken, who wants to shed light on various scenarios related to economic development and investment needs in the municipalities. The project's method is based on both scenario methodology and econometric analyses.
