New projects for the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate

Vista partners Steinar Strøm, Michael Hoel and Dag Morten Dalen have agreed on new projects for the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate. Topics of these projects include:

• Ocean accounting. Various activities in Norwegian seas involve harvesting renewable and non-renewable resources. The idea is to view this harvesting from a socio-economic accounting perspective.
• Market failure and technology development in an energy transition
• Historic profit levels in the oil and gas industry
