Vista Analyse have contributed to the report of the Corona Committee

On behalf of the Corona Committee, Vista Analyse have prepared an overview of all financial support measures that were introduced during the COVID-19 pandemic in Norway. The report is available here (in Norwegian), and it presents an overview of qualitative and quantitative information for each individual economic measure, as well as a comparison of the size of the different measures.

Our report was used as a basis for the Commission's report and is attached to the Corona Committee's final report: NOU 2023: 16. Earlier in June, the report was handed over to the prime minister.

The Corona Committee was appointed as an independent committee in April 2022 to evaluate the Norwegian authorities' handling of the corona pandemic. The Commission was chaired by former Governor of the Norwegian Central Bank Øystein Olsen.
